When you have an event...please request a WRITTEN EVENT DATE GUARANTEE to ship the RIGHT item with the RIGHT imprint on the RIGHT day.  If we don't perform per the written guarantee, we'll take back your order at our expense and refund your money.  In addition you'll receive a 10% credit towards your next order.

Even if you don't have an event, products we sell are guaranteed for material and workmanship. We encourage you to review a sample of the product BEFORE you order a bulk quantity.  Samples are available for your review at no charge in most cases...just contact us with your sample request! 

Imprints are guaranteed to match YOUR FREE PROOF which you are required to approve.  We won't print it 'til we know it's what YOU want.  Please note, of course, that production timeframe can not begin until we have layout approval and all information from you.

Please note that most published production times include production time only.  In general, they do NOT include time for art preparation, order processing, or shipping.  If you are in doubt about meeting your event date- TELL US THE EVENT DATE, and ASK for a written guarantee.
