ARTWORK/LAYOUT- Any order placed INCLUDES up to 30 minutes of graphic design time at no extra charge. This is enough time to cover placement of logos on most products. More advanced layouts may require additional design charge. But don't worry, we'll always get your approval of any additional charge BEFORE doing further design work. Realize that the better and more complete information you give us at one time, the less time it will take for us to prepare your layout.
FILE TYPES ACCEPTED- We'll take what you send us, whether it's camera-ready graphic files, or handwritten instructions and work with it accordingly. We prefer vector type .eps files. But if you don't have that, send us what you do have. We can evaluate the files you have at no charge or obligation. Just email the files to art@abbapromotions.com. We'll reply within 1 business day to let you know we received your files. If we don't call you within 1 business day after you send your files- please call us- it probably means the files didn't make it to us!
PAYMENT-All major credit cards are accepted. Or, we can set you up on a net 30 account- just fill out our CREDIT FORM. For those without an established account, payment on orders under $250 is due at time of order. On larger orders, a 50% deposit is due with placement of order.
PRODUCTION TIME- Different for each item, ranging from a few days to a few weeks or more. Most items have a production time listed in the description. Realize that this published time does not include time for art preparation or shipping time. If you have an event date, ask us for a Written Event Date Guarantee.
